Overview

Concrete Repair done the engineered way

Concrete rarely fails because the concrete is bad. It fails because the soil beneath it eroded, settled or was never properly compacted, leaving a void the slab eventually drops into.

Rather than tearing out and repouring, we fill the void and lift the existing slab back to grade. It is faster, costs less, and the surface is usable almost immediately.

Common Issues

Warning signs we are called out for

If any of these look familiar, the underlying cause is still active. Catching it early is always the cheaper repair.

Sinking Porch or Steps

Entry slabs pulling away from the house and dropping, often taking railings and thresholds with them.

Cracked Pool Decks

Settling and cracking around the pool shell, where washout under the deck is common and hazardous.

Cracked Driveways & Parking Lots

Slab sections separating at joints, spalling at edges and dropping under vehicle load.

Uneven Concrete Slabs

Lipped joints between sections — the classic trip hazard and a genuine liability on commercial property.

Our Solutions

Engineered systems, not temporary patches

Each system is selected for your soil, your structure and your budget — then installed by a licensed crew and warrantied.

Concrete Lifting

Injecting expanding material through small ports to fill the void and raise the slab precisely back to grade.

Concrete Caulking

Sealing joints and cracks so surface water stops running underneath and washing out your base material.

Concrete Sealing

Protective sealing that resists moisture intrusion, staining and Florida UV degradation.

Questions

Concrete Repair FAQs

Most lifted slabs can take foot traffic almost immediately and vehicle traffic shortly after, which is a major advantage over tear-out and replacement.

Generally yes, and substantially so, because there is no demolition, disposal, formwork or curing time. It also preserves the existing appearance.

The void is filled and the base stabilized, which addresses the cause. Where drainage created the washout, we recommend correcting that at the same time so the problem does not repeat.

Lifting reuses your existing slab, so there is no colour or texture mismatch. Only the small injection ports are patched.
