Seawall Repair & Stabilization for Florida Waterfront

A seawall fails from behind long before it fails in front. We seal the voids, lock the soil back in place and stop the erosion that undermines waterfront property.

Coastal seawall being stabilized along a Florida waterfront property
Overview

Seawall Repair done the engineered way

Every tide cycle draws water through joints, cracks and gaps in a seawall — and carries a little soil back out with it. That soil loss creates hidden voids behind the wall, and those voids are what eventually cause panels to lean, crack and collapse.

Polyurethane grout injection fills those voids, binds loose soil into a stable mass and seals the pathways water was using. It is done from the surface, cures in minutes and works in wet conditions.

Common Issues

Warning signs we are called out for

If any of these look familiar, the underlying cause is still active. Catching it early is always the cheaper repair.

Seawall Cracks or Gaps

Open joints and cracked panels giving tidal water a direct route to the soil behind the wall.

Leaning or Tilting Seawall

Panels rotating outward as backfill is lost and lateral pressure becomes unbalanced.

Soil Erosion & Sinkholes

Depressions, soft spots or holes appearing in the yard behind the wall — evidence of ongoing washout.

Standing Water Behind the Wall

Water collecting landside, adding hydrostatic pressure to a wall already under stress.

Our Solutions

Engineered systems, not temporary patches

Each system is selected for your soil, your structure and your budget — then installed by a licensed crew and warrantied.

Polyurethane Grout Injection

Expanding hydrophobic resin injected behind the wall to fill voids, bind soil and seal water pathways permanently.

Void Filling & Soil Stabilization

Locating and filling hidden cavities before they undermine the wall or open up in your yard.

Joint & Crack Sealing

Closing the routes tidal water uses to remove backfill, stopping the erosion cycle at its source.

Questions

Seawall Repair FAQs

Soft spots, depressions or small sinkholes in the yard behind the wall are the clearest indicators, along with visible gaps at joints. An inspection confirms the extent.

Yes. The polyurethane resin is designed to react and cure in the presence of water, which is essential for waterfront work.

Minimal. Injection is done through small ports from the surface, so there is no excavation of your yard or removal of the existing wall.

The resin expands and sets within minutes, so the area is stabilized the same day the work is performed.
